In May 2025, Jerryborg Marine received a project order from a port in Malaysia. This order requires a total of 10 sets of Yokohama pneumatic fenders, including six sets of pneumatic fenders with a diameter of 3300 × length of 6500 mm and four sets of pneumatic fenders with a diameter of 2500 × length of 3000 mm, all equipped with chains and tire nets.
An old customer introduced this customer. In the process of communicating with the customer, we found that the customer paid special attention to the stability of the fender air pressure and durability in the tropical weather environment. We immediately provided the customer with a previous project inspection report and detailed product drawings for similar on-site environments. Later, we also customized a project plan for the customer. After reading our project plan, the customer recognized our professionalism and ultimately decided to initiate our first cooperation. Jerryborg Marine responded to customer needs and developed a project plan for it in the shortest time, demonstrating our rich project experience and professional knowledge reserves.
The production of this batch of goods was completed within 20 days. After the factory pressure test, the customer arranged a third-party inspection. We packaged and labeled the products according to the customer’s requirements. To prevent damage to the products during long-term sea transportation, we also use reinforced pallets for packaging.
These Yokohama pneumatic fenders were installed in early June. After a month of use, the customer reported that our Yokohama pneumatic fenders had no air leakage and pressure drop problems during the rainy season with bad weather.
In addition to product delivery, Jerryborg Marine also provided a two-year after-sales service commitment and operation and maintenance manual. We still maintain good and stable contact with the customer after the completion of this project.
This project fully demonstrated Jerryborg Marine’s strength and ability to respond to customer customization needs quickly.
