Weir Skimmer description
Weir skimmer consists of two parts: a skimmer and a power station. The diesel engine drives the power station to drive the hydraulic and transfer pumps. The diesel power is converted into hydraulic power (infinitely variable speed) to drive the weir-type oil skimmer floating on the water’s surface to move up and down the weir and adjust the position of the weir appropriately. The upper part of the weir (weir lip) stays on the interface of oil and water, separating water and oil by gravity and recovering the oil.
