Jerryborg Marine has two production sites: Qingdao and Shenyang. These two sites cover our entire marine product line. Below, we will introduce the focus and configuration of each site.
Jerryborg Marine’s Qingdao site specializes in the production of rubber fenders, marine airbags, foam fenders, and buoys. Rubber fenders are pressed, vulcanized, and coated here. Airbags are manufactured here by laminating rubber sheets onto molds and vulcanizing them. Foam fenders are shaped here and then coated with a polyurethane outer layer for added strength. Buoys are welded, sealed, and coated here. Each product line at the Qingdao site has its own production process and rhythm. Our factory is equipped with a variety of equipment, including autoclaves, presses, and coating machines, to support these multiple production lines. This allows the Qingdao site to simultaneously produce and process a wide range of product types while ensuring consistent quality across the board.
STS hoses, floating hoses, and subsea hoses are all produced at Jerryborg Marine’s Shenyang site, which has its own fully automated rubber mixing center. Raw materials are mixed here according to precise proportions. We also have a fully automated rubber hose production line. Our rubber hose production uses a non-cut continuous production process and a 360° integral winding process. We also have large vulcanizing tanks for segmented vulcanization of hoses up to tens of meters long. In addition to production, we have our own dynamic testing center and in-house testing laboratory. Our dynamic monitoring center can simulate the hose’s working conditions and test its performance under various conditions. Our in-house laboratory regularly tests the tensile strength, adhesion, and oil resistance of the hose. Jerryborg Marine’s marine hoses can be completed at our own production base in all steps, from rubber mixing, manufacturing, vulcanization, to testing. We can control all production steps, ensure the quality of marine hoses throughout the process, and deliver high-quality marine hoses to our customers.
