Marine Composite Transfer Hose

Manguera compuesta «de barco a costa»

Ship-to-Shore Composite Hose is primarily used for loading, unloading, and transferring liquid cargo between vessels and shore facilities. The hose has a multi-layer composite construction. Depending on the medium and temperature requirements, the sealing layer can use PTFE, BOPP, HDPE, BOPA, high-molecular-weight polymers, and polyamide materials. Depending on the hose configuration, the reinforcement layer uses PP, PE, and PA. The outer layer can use PVC, PP, PA, or other polymer materials. The inner and outer wires are made of stainless steel wire.

The product pressure ratings are available in 1.05 MPa, 1.6 MPa, 2.0 MPa, and 2.5 MPa. Depending on the configuration, the operating temperature can range from -196°C to +120°C. Sizes are available from 1″ to 12″, with standard lengths of 30 m for 1″–4″, 28 m for 6″–8″, 25 m for 10″, and 14 m for 12″.

Jerryborg Marine ship-to-shore composite hose can be used to load and unload crude oil, chemicals, gasoline, kerosene, methanol, LPG, liquid ammonia, liquid carbon dioxide, liquid methane, and liquid propane. It can transfer potable water and greywater. The hose construction and material configuration can be selected according to the medium, temperature, pressure, and ship-to-shore loading and unloading conditions.
