Light Duty Hose

Jerryborg Marine Light Duty Hose is mainly used for the transfer and suction of fuels, engine oils, lubricants, and other oil products. It is suitable for a working temperature of -30°C to +80°C, with working pressure ratings of 0.4 MPa, 0.7 MPa, and 1.0 MPa, and sizes ranging from 1″ to 12″. The hose adopts a multi-layer composite construction. The sealing layer uses BOPP and BOPA materials, the reinforcement layer uses PP and PA, and the outer cover is made of PVC. Stainless steel wire or galvanized steel wire is also provided as the inner and outer wire.

Light Duty Hose is relatively lightweight and is suitable for oil transfer between tank trucks, railway tank cars, fixed storage tanks, and plant equipment. It can also be used for oil transfer and vapor recovery operations at oil depots, gas stations, and other locations. Heavy Duty Hose

Heavy duty hoses are mainly used to transport bulk hydrocarbon liquids on ships, barges, and offshore oil operations. They are suitable for a working temperature of -30°C to +80°C, working pressure ratings of 1.4 MPa, 1.6 MPa, and 2.5 MPa, and sizes ranging from 1″ to 12″. The hose adopts BOPP and BOPA as the sealing layer, PP and PA as the reinforcement layer, and PVC as the outer cover. Stainless steel wire or galvanized steel wire is also provided on the inside and outside. This construction provides good strength and flexibility for oil transfer under higher working pressures.

Heavy Duty Hose is mainly intended for ship-to-shore oil transfer and the transfer of bulk hydrocarbon liquids. High Temperature Hose

The hose uses PEEK and PBI for the sealing and reinforcement layers, with PVC as the outer cover.
