Sustainability Policy
Jerryborg Marine focuses on the entire process, from material procurement and production to actual product use.
In daily production, we select suitable materials based on the product application. We also consider material durability, production waste, and service life.
Rubber fenders, marine airbags, and marine hoses are usually used for a long time. We also consider their service life in actual use environments to reduce unnecessary replacements.
In material procurement and supplier cooperation, Jerryborg Marine refers to the sustainable procurement principles in ISO 20400. In addition to price, we also consider material quality, supply stability, and the supplier’s production capacity.
Material waste and scrap generated during production are sorted and handled according to actual conditions. For production steps that can be improved, we make adjustments based on orders and actual production conditions.
Jerryborg Marine applies sustainability to daily work. We don’t treat this policy as a separate policy document.
Angebot einholenAnti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
Jerryborg Marine believes business partnerships should be based on normal factors such as products, prices, and services, rather than additional benefits.
During customer inquiries, order negotiations, product procurement, and project cooperation, we will not obtain orders through kickbacks, private commissions, or other exchanges of benefits. Personal relationships will not influence our supplier selection.
Business Gifts and Hospitality
Normal business gifts and hospitality are quite common in business dealings. Jerryborg Marine believes that such interactions should not influence business decisions.
We refrain from accepting or offering gifts, entertainment, or other benefits if they are linked to orders, pricing, or supplier selection.
Purchasing and Sales
Jerryborg Marine’s purchasing and sales are based on actual business needs.
When making purchases, we mainly consider material quality, product requirements, delivery, and supply. When dealing with clients, pricing and cooperation terms follow normal business processes. They are not influenced by additional benefits.
Our Approach
We value long-term, stable cooperation. Whether customers continue to work with us and whether suppliers remain long-term partners ultimately depends on product quality, delivery, and service. Jerryborg Marine does not use rebates or other undisclosed benefits to maintain business relationships.
Angebot einholenEqual Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy
In recruitment and daily operations, Jerryborg Marine assigns personnel and tasks based on job requirements, work abilities, and actual performance. Whether it’s recruiting new employees, adjusting positions, training, compensation, or promotions, we will make judgments according to normal work standards.
We respect every employee and do not accept any discrimination based on personal background, gender, age, physical condition, or other factors unrelated to work ability. Managers should also maintain basic fairness and respect when assigning tasks and handling daily issues.
If employees encounter obvious unfair treatment or other inappropriate behavior at work, they can report it to company management. Jerryborg Marine will understand and handle the relevant issues based on the actual situation, and try to prevent similar situations from happening again.
Every employee is responsible for respecting their colleagues. The company will also continuously adjust its management methods based on actual work conditions to ensure that employees can complete their work in a normal and stable working environment.
Angebot einholenRespect and Workplace Conduct Policy
Jerryborg Marine values mutual respect in the workplace. Employees should maintain basic courtesy when communicating with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other partners. It’s normal to have differing opinions at work. When problems arise, clarify the situation first, then resolve it through communication.
In their daily work, sales, technical, and production staff often work on the same project. When customers inquire about product dimensions, materials, technical requirements, or delivery time, the relevant personnel should clearly state the information that has already been confirmed. Even if you encounter something that hasn’t been confirmed yet, you should verify it first. You shouldn’t cause misunderstandings for others due to unclear communication.
During the project, customer requirements, product parameters, and delivery arrangements may change. In such cases, the relevant personnel should be informed promptly. If confirmed information needs to be adjusted, it should be reconfirmed; it should not be changed without authorization and then handled by others.
Jerryborg Marine does not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or intentional targeting of others. Employees should not discriminate against each other based on factors unrelated to work, such as age, gender, position, or personal background.
Employees should maintain normal work communication during customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and project follow-ups. When encountering customer complaints, changes in delivery dates, or product issues, you should first understand the specific situation and then handle it together with relevant personnel, rather than shirking responsibility.
If employees encounter harassment, discrimination, or other clearly inappropriate behavior, they can report it to management. The company will investigate the specific circumstances and handle the matter accordingly.
Jerryborg Marine also hopes to maintain long-term, normal working relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. In business dealings, both parties should respect each other’s working methods and reasonable needs, and cooperate in a spirit of good faith and equality.
